i know this is going to sound dumb, but is the transfer case in neutral? and your sure when you put the clutch/ trans on that something is not hanging up to make the clutch always engaged?

What do you mean by there being nothing to support the engine? I feel weird talking about the engine mounts since it seems so obvious but err... aren't they supporting the engine when you take the transmission out? Also is there a part 2 and 5?

yes you have two engine mounts on the sides of the engine but without the trans mounted, it will lean way back and put undue stress on the engine mounts. maybe damaging them. yes there are more videos coming. it just takes a little time to fast forward edit the long parts, and i was on vacation. since i know you are waiting, i will try to get the rest of it posted.

What would happen if my clutch was on a 98 f150 was not transferring brake fluid into the transmission What would happen ?

are you talking about clutch pedal fluid? it sounds like what you are explaining is air in your clutch fluid
