Legit, mountain lions arent that scary or mean. Most attacks are because you ran into their territory or scared them. No cap. Mountain lions are exactly like feral housecats. The only difference is one will send you to walgreens for bandaids, the other sends you to the hospital. I ran into one hiking once. And i froze. It froze too. Just kinda looked at each other for a minute. Then it sat down. I slowly pulled a sandwich out of my bag and took a bite, and he looked interested. So i broke off a piece and tossed it to him. He seemed to like it and i gave him the rest. My intent was to leave while he was eating. But he wolfed it down, then came over to me and actually rubbed his head on my leg. I was tempted to pet him, but didnt wanna take the chance. Then he left. Then i shuffled my way home to get some clean underwear.
