Boy I wish that I had learned all this when & believed it when I was 21 years old and its on You Tube for free. I paid about $1000 to at least hear all this when I was about 30 and finally bought into it when I was 42 years old. Young people it doesn't sound real but it really works.

I just hooked up my direct deposit to my savings account so i can get a little bit of interest every month. Im investing the interest i get in a good commodity. Interest rate are expected to hold steady and go down in a year or so. That type of event makes REITs more attractive. If interest rates go up, expect the price of REITs to go down.
