@@SpikeTheWolf The exclaimation mark at the bottom of the W-Engine when looking at it with View will indicate a character if it's their Signature. Also if you have the character's signature, there will be a switch on the W-Engine screen below where the W-Engine would "slot in". If you can see red there, you have their signature.

Also, if you equip it on the respective character, there will be a stamp on the bottom right of the info panel reading "Exclusive Special W-Engine".

I was looking for exactly what the special effect of signature weapons are, you should do it for all the characters. Most of them are barely noticeable , with Ben and Soukaku you almost never look at them from the front while you're fighting so its hard to see tbh

The game tells you that signature weapons have special effects, but I kept trying to find that in the equipment screen and I never noticed a difference in the weapon, I never knew the difference happens in combat, it's kinda cool how they took Arlecchino's weapon idea from Genshin (how only her signature weapon turns into a scythe, while other weapons just added a glow in the shape of a scythe) and made it possible for all characters

Ok so I found this out today: When you unlock their sig weapon, and equip the character with it, it will unlock a switch at the base of the gear wheel that allows you to both 1. Use the unlocked cosmetic permanently (even when their sig W-engine isn’t equipped they still have the effect.) And 2. Enable and disable the effect. (This is for ppl who have a better w-engine like a s-tier who want to use the cosmetic, but the w-engine there using is bad/under-leveled.) Pretty cool tbh.

FINALLY someone makes a video on this. It's not just signature weapons, though. Both Anby's signature and Lycaon's count for Anby. Roaring Ride, Weeping Gemini, and Rainforest Gourmet ALL count for Piper. It seems like it might let you turn it on just for HAVING that character's signature even if it's not the one that is equipped. I can use any of my A rank engines with it on Nicole but not on Lucy. I have Nicole's signature but not Lucy's. Maybe someone else can try to confirm based on what they have?
