I have attended TR and MR on December 7 2024 and HR on December 11 2024. Hr told me they will release offer letter within 4-5 days. Next day i have completed digiverifier and submitted all the documents for bgv and hr asked me about some documents. I have shared all. After some follow ups HR told they are awaiting for approval and atlast i followed up on December 29 2024. He told me to wait till January 1 St week. I have followed up again today. He told there is no requirement on our unit. So, we can't able to process. Really irritating to hear this response. Why they need to conduct interviews and hold a candidate if there is no requirement. He send a rejection mail today So, if you are not getting response within 2 weeks Then don't rely on this.

Hi bro, I was interviewed on Jan 3rd and face to face interview on 9th Jan, on the same day hr called me that I got selected but requires approvals from higher management regarding offer. On 23 I got mail from Digiverifier to upload documents. Still now no update from any one. On 30th I checked portal I found that a new application (Java Developer)was there with descision pending above the application that I applied (Java SpringBoot consultant) with same status decision pending.
