I lLOVE that she can be so comfortable not answering certain questions or even teasing the hosts. I hope this generation of popstars continues to experience that kind of freedom, especially in comparison to the invasive/inappropriate journalism of the 2000s and even much of the 2010s.

Yeah, I’ve been thinking about this SINCE around then, like “I wish these people felt empowered to just be like ‘ok I’m not gonna answer that bc of my own personal reasons’” or whatever it was. I’m especially glad the women are feeling comfortable and empowered to do that.

I hate feeling like I have to skip songs on an album that's just released because of the multiple singles that came out months before its release so it makes a lot of sense to me that she wanted to release it all at once.

@@Evitaschannel I think the way Billie is thinking of gassed is to mean "super excited about something", but I also use gassed to mean exhausted like the hosts do here. Alternatively "gas" by itself could also mean something is really good, or it just means weed lol really depends on the situation, I use them all

I listened to the entire album from the beginning till the end without any interruptions. It is so smooth, beautiful and fulfilling. I love her angelic voice and all the music so much. It is a masterpiece. I can’t stop thinking and listening. I’m super grateful for having this art available to us.

This makes so much sense. She produced, wrote and recorded it all herself and it feels so Billie Eilish. I feel like her first album, wwafawdwg is about depression, suicide and mental health matters. Happier than ever is really about her image to the public and how she represents herself. Hit me hard and soft is definitely about self image and relationships and I feel like this fits all so well together as how she's developing as a person and stuff😊

I agree that it's much preferable to listen to all of it at once, but yk, we do have to recognize not every artist can afford to do so😭 Luckily for Billie, she has a huge fanbase and she could release anything at any given moment, people would still consume it, so for someone like her or Taylor singles aren't necessary

I really enjoyed this interview. The interviewers were chill, they did their research and asked about the production of the music (which was very interesting btw), joked around, and Billie seemed not at all uncomfortable and happy to answer the questions. This is the right way to do an interview. Thank you!
