3:00 As someone who’s allergic to lavender, I love that they checked to make sure you didn’t have an allergy. So many spas don’t ask and have lavender everywhere, it’s my nightmare 😵‍💫

Avocado is used in almost ALL beauty products, because of it's natural fatty and moisturizing nature. I'm allergic to Avocado and break out in hives/ blisters if it touches my skin. I'm so thankful for places that ask about allergies. I actually think that last time I went to the spa, they had me fill out some sort of forms regarding health conditions, allergies, and likes and dislikes on terms of scents. I love being given a choice.

I think I may be the 1% who enjoyed this video just like all yours videos but couldn't fall asleep because the lady barely spoke, though when she did it was soothing 😊 at night I tend to listen to the video instead of watch as the light actually stops me from sleeping (during the day I re-watch because the visuals are just as relaxing!)
