Btw, if you want to materialize 1 btc, you will need the entire information of that 1 btc which is a complicated computer stuff, and you will need some sort of device to store that info completely separate from the btc blockchain. Only in this way, your whatever materials you use to create the btc physical coin will retain it's value, and to avoid double spending. With that, selling and buying physical btc that have it's value will come with a device that store it's info. They’ve been making these since bitcoin was in its early days. It’s possible it’s just a replica, but otherwise the actual coin ID would get stamped to the back side of the coin. Basically you take a single bitcoin transfer it to a local wallet. Then proceed to delete said wallet when you strike the coin. Used to be a publicity stunt mostly when BTC were a few bucks a coin. Bitcoin doesn’t really "exist" in the traditional sense. It’s just a name for a unit of UTXOs (unspent transaction outputs) in the blockchain. In mining, no "real" Bitcoin is created; instead, new UTXOs are generated as part of the blockchain's data structure through block rewards given to miners.
