Hard to learn through a message but what I find works even with only 80 dunk is really dropstepping from the baseline where almost both of your feet are in the paint. If it pushes them alot you can go up for it. If you end up in a spot where you can possibly dunk but it would probably do a layup that's when you use the meter

i like to do a dropstep not the one where you spin but the dropstep towards them and then pump fake a couple times then nuts in their mouth with the meter
