RBT, with my experience in madden, I believe the hit power rating is more focused on naturally broken tackles while the tackling rating is how they react to ball carrier moves

You should do a Franchise where you try to rebuild a team but you can only trade/sign players who are in the same division as you. That includes free agency- only players who last played on teams in your division. Other idea: rebuild a team using only players that went to college in the state your team is from. So only draft players from that state and only sign and trade players who went to college in that state.
