Lovely trip on a very lush and green canal I did enjoy it.....loved Pats conversation with the cows it was very entertaining....so pleased you can get going again but you did pick a lovely spot to be locked down.....hope the trip gave the batteries a decent charge

I think the old railway bridge was where coal was loaded onto boats from the nearby coalfields. The canal is slightly wider than normal just before the bridge.

Hi Rachel👋, we were on the Ashby canal during lockdown, so we’re only cruising for shopping and services. You can normally stay on one mooring spot for a maximum of 2 weeks. Thanks for watching and commenting!👍
