What is the difference between a (commercial) contracts manager and in-house legal counsel?

A contracts manager relates specifically to someone who manages contracts whereas an in-house lawyer is someone who works for a company and does everything legal for that company.

@@lobz this is probably specific to each company and dependant on size and resources, you should ask the company you have in mind.
