I still have my long time bag of 15k coins that I bought at $1.3 price point from 2018. 6 year hold and that is at -55%. Every year they will tell you "Oh next year XRP will definitely hit $100, $50, $1". In 2021 I figured out I will make more by day trading this coin. Simply wait for the hype and short it. Do not believe analysis of how far the price will go, just trade it when it is on hype wave.

The problem is that even people who dabble in crypto don't understand the limitations of Bitcoin and why it's important when the dollar crashes, and governments want to issue in CBDCs. They don't understand why an easily tradeable crypto currency, that is not easily hackable, will be important. The next 20 years will be wild. Coins like Ethereum and XRP (and maybe one or two other coins that are not meme coins) are doing the homework for what will be needed. They don't understand the wealthy already control Bitcoin in different ways.

I owned a shit ton of xrp back when coinbase did that three month long lock down on it (or however long it was it felt like eternity) and the entire market crashed from mid 20 grand to way back down low to a couple grand for a bitcoin. I forget how low xrp went during that time but it was low and I was heavily invested, and new to trading (I still am). I sold it all when the coinbase opened it back up and then I just sat there watching the price of everything move back up without me holding anything. I totally screwed up and have dwelled on it the entire time. It sucks guys don't sell at the bottom like dumbass green me did six or so years ago.

For the newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's the sad truth. I remember when I just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 I ended up selling it because I have lost alot trading all by myself without a guide. Got back into crypto early in 2023 with $10k and I'm up with $128k in a short period of time.

Stable coins is just a digit form of money. It does not solve the debt.

Exactly. It doesn't. Which means that when the dollar and Euro and yen crash, the world will be looking for an alternative currency (and there will be pain--losses). And stable coins or digital money will be looked to as well as perhaps metals like gold and silver, and real estate. CBDCs already have many people against it. So it falls on people to do homework and see which decentralized crypto and stable coins are the most viable, tradeable, and secure. Quantum banking will have a place here.
