Markets generally go up because they’re built to go up hence overbought conditions being more common than oversold.. but when we do get oversold conditions we generally get quick short violent moves to the upside caused by profit taking on short positions..

Don’t look for market to go oversold. Look for good companies to go oversold, wait for the divergence and the strength of the market should give you a trade. That’s one of my “market only goes up” setups. $low $pep my last couple trades.

Looks like a negative divergence on that indicator at 10:38, there price made a higher high but the oscillator didnt when the market had bullish momentum earlier in 2024 the highs were all about equal - not sure if that means anything.
