Idk if I agree with the gym example. I used to talk to everyone at the gym and that’s how I met a lot of guy friends and girls. I found that if girls see me talking to someone then they are more likely to come and talk to me. And if I’m talking to a mutual friend of theirs then girls will for sure talk to me too. When I would be out at the bar those same girls from the gym would ALWAYS approach me and say hi and it goes from there. I’ve been in gyms for 15+ years and that’s always been the case. Slept with so many woman because of me being talkative at the gym. These past couple of years I switched my focus and I’ve been a lone wolf at my new gym. I don’t talk to anyone at all and I not once have been approached by any girls and when I’m out in public and see a girl from the gym she never approaches me.
