As usual, your work is extremely professional, and of such a high quality that I never doubt that no matter what the video entails I will never be shown less than 100% effort. Personally, this trigger is almost my #1, and has always been the best thing I can find to help me tackle my insomnia, so thank you so much for producing a long video of something I need. As far as what my favourite specific techniques in this video were, I thought the final use of the sponge puffs was particularly relaxing, and the earlier tapping and light touch of the hand massage was also very soothing, and I would love to see more of these in the future.
