తాత కొన్న ఆస్తి తాతయ్య మరణం తో నాన్నమ్మ పేరు మీద పట్టాదారు పాసుపుస్తకాలు మారాయి. నాన్నమ్మ మరణం తో నాన్న చిన్నన్న మేనత్త లు కోర్టు కి వెళ్లి సుమారు 10 years తరువాత లోక్ అదాలత్ ద్వారా పంచుకున్నారు. నాన్న కి ఎ 1.45 సెంట్ల భూమి వచ్చింది. నాన్న కి మొదటి భార్య కి విడాకుల రిజిష్టర్ చేశారు అర ఎకరం భూమి ఇచ్చి . కానీ కోర్టు నుండీ విడాకులు తేసుకొలేదu(నాన్న చిన్నన్న మేనత్త లు పంపకాలు జరగక ముందే).e కోర్ట్ నుండి వచ్చిన భూమిని నాన్న నా పేరు మీద గిఫ్ట్ రిజిష్టర్ చేశారు. పట్టాదారు పాసుపుస్తకాలు నా పేరు మీద వచ్చాయి. సుమారు 14 years తరువాత విడాకులు పొందిన భార్య సంతానం నా పేరు మీద ఉన్న ఈ భూమి మీద కు వచ్చి వారికీ హక్కు ఉంది అని తగాదా చేస్తున్నారు. వారికీ హక్కు ఉందా sir (నా పేరు మీద పట్టాదారు పాసుపుస్తకాలు వచ్చి ఇప్పటికీ 3 నెలలు, రిజిష్టర్ చేసి 5 నెలులు ఐయ్యంది.)
