So random, but I remember playing whirlwind as a little kid and looking for it brought me here. Enjoyed the video!

This is one of the best pinball machines ever. Outstanding refurbishment, btw. Whirlwind progresses in excitement as the player executes the numerous functions. Real energy, urgency, panic. Can't praise this design enough.

Whirlwind, one of my all time favorite pin, played it endlessly in college. Unfortunately I never got around to playing one at the Allentown Show, it was sold before I had the chance. One to never return again was in the Carousel Arcade in Seaside Heights, NJ. It survived Sandy only to be consumed by the fire that destroyed the southern end of the boardwalk. I only had the opportunity to play it once between the storm and the fire.

I played this game a lot at an arcade back in 1990. The very next year, Mr Bungle released their self titled album and the song Stubb (A Dub) has the whirlwind sound effect in it from this pinball machine. To this day when I listen to that song, I get a big smile when I hear that sound effect. Good times.

great looking whirlwind, I'm getting one down the road but a stern monopoly is in my near future. coming to Michigan from Tennessee. I was thinking to send it to you all for a tune up as needed, if needed. I'm looking to start a lucrative friendship. ty, jj

There actually is a company working on making Pro Pinball Timeshock into a real machine. I think their name is Silverball Productions. I know there's also a remastered version too of the game

So here is a question.. When you buy a game from your inventory dose it get lcds and repainted, or is that a separate thing you sell?

Of all the pinball videos you have done, you have not done "THE BALLY GAMESHOW Pinball"game yet. I last played this one at a WEST BEND bowling alley on April 28th 2000, and I haven't played it since. How many of these Bally Gameshow machines have you sold, and what year was it made. By the way, TODD, you just won A TRUCK and a new trip!

In an old greyhound arcade in Winnipeg Canada, I dared the man checking his machine to set the replay to 90mil. I rolled that machine 3X when he returned 6 h later and I was on the same .25 credit.

Oh yeah, it was a very big part of my childhood. The gameroom I played in had Whirlwind and Funhouse....and when they got rid of them (they got moved to a Chuck e Cheese), I cried my ten year old eyes out! haha Seeing these machines on your channel more than makes my day and watching how much you guys love and care for these machines is really heartwarming. Thanks for the videos (and the thought, time and love put into them) and the response! you guys are awesome!

That fan on top of Whirlwind is a PITA when the bearings get noisy, it distracts game play. OK, since it's a System 11B kit, the board is in Elvira And The Party Monsters, Transporter, and Mousin' Around. EDIT: That's odd, IPDB says it's a 11C revision and in system11.org it's a 11B. The service manual for 11B revs have the EEPROMs listed for that board as the games I listed above. System11.org have a few morem games for the 11B rev, but I'm sticking with what the manual has in it.

It looks like I got a little work to do in their database then. The majority of the 11B versions are flagged as either 11C or even D! Half a year late but it was enjoyable and educational.
