The biggest problem is the chicken farm which shares boundaries with Samrat farmhouses. Since there are two, (one in the front and the other at the back) creating the most disgusting piece of smell as soon as you land there, so you have to live with that smell as long as you are there. Because of that, there flies in thousands relinquishing any food items that you bring or want to cook. The pool has tiles uprooted on its floor which caused serious injuries to three of my colleagues and the water didn’t seem to be clean as soon as its being rented back to back without properly filtering water. The farmhouse doesn’t have a deep freezer, so if you carry meat then it's obvious that it would get spoiled since the double-door fridge hardly cools. 5 Kg of meat got spoiled because of the faulty refrigerator. Overall I don’t recommend anyone to this farmhouse even if the refrigerator is changed or tiles are laid because of the adjacent chicken farm.
