I noticed one thing which may or may not be correct. But the first time I fought anibot with my ironclad I was quickly defeated. But yesterday, I fought him again just to try and the time I could last much longer and was able to deal around 25% damage. Maybe the bot is getting nerfed a little bit daily?

It's not a timer for a blast. When you have max shadow energy this increases your shadow resistance every second by 50% so 50 points every second.
