I realized that I missed Kyungri's first 2 songs (News and Ticket), so her actual totals should be 1292.5 (No Sub-Units) and 1420 (With Sub-Units). I'm so sorry for missing these!

Okay now this must have been an EXPERIENCE to create 😆. Also, as a late fan to 9M, I gotta point out how much effort actually went into the 9Muses A/OT4 era, for the last stretch of contract for an underrated group every song went way harder than anyone could have expected!

I'm happy that Lee Sem got to do what she wanted in the end, singing, but boy did her share in the line distribution drop after she stopped rapping completely. She was a great rapper and a decent, if not good, singer with a lovely tone. She could have done both! ☹ I wish they had done sub-units between Ticket and the iconic 2013 lineup to showcase the members more (like After School Red/Blue, split sub-units with different concepts). In my mind, they would have been 1) Kyungri, Hyuna, Lee Sem, Euaerin (mature, maybe sexy concept like Wild + Glue) and 2) Sera, Hyemi, Eunji, Minha (pure, ethereal concept or something like Dolls). Then they could have revealed Sungah as the piece to complete the puzzle, come back with a banger that blended both concepts, and reintroduced themselves to the world as, once again, nine. What could have been! 😢Obligatory fuck Star Empire* comment.

Don’t think of it in a bad way. I think they are both glad to have joined 9muses. Sojin revealed that when she was going around audition at the age of 18, she kept getting rejected because she is “too old”. So it’s a win for both her and 9muses at the end of the day.

I feel like Sojin was definitely more wasted though. At least Keumjo got to show off her talent, Sojin barely got to show of her dancing until 9Muses became 4 and didn't get to rap until then either.

​@@anseinueseima408 i believe she speak up against the sexual appeal being too much for the group, she said she had to watch the maknaes crying over no playboy concept, and endure a whole career of being marketed as sexy girls, also she wanted creative control over 9muses music because she is very commited to do music, she was kicked out after lee seem and Eunji in 2014. The company didn't want to let ser take power over 9muses as group, since she study outside korea she was very rebel since day 1, she was kicked out as a leader in 9muses debut but she still was the leader of them, empire state didn't like that so they her out, and tried to replace her with Keumjo which is a similar vocalist in quality as sera, so funny, they knew sera was the soul of 9muses so they tried to cover up

It always saddened me that Hyemi, despite being literally the best singer and being a main vocalist throughout, was constantly overlooked and her talent wasted by their shitty company. Such a damn waste.
