With the new member, Nine Muses came back as goddesses yet again. The title song "Dolls" is a dance song that has real brass sound and guitar sound making a funky mix; it is a beautiful song with upgraded vocal and rap of the Nine Muses. It is a song that talks about a girl who is making up her mind after breaking up and about the definition of love and why she had to act like this based on the love and farewells she had. It also talks about how she gradually has the steps of healing.

@@j.a4196 this song is reminiscent of late 1970s R&B, what would have been classified as Disco. But the term Disco referred to music played in Discos st the time. But while disco is dead, that basic style still exists. If you are interested in songs similar to this check out Disco Inferno by the Tramps, Stomp By Brothers Johnson, Le Freak by Chic, I want You Back by the Jackson 5, even in Kpop Aoa Miniskirt, Under the Streetlights, EXID Every Night, and other variations of this style Sade.Smooth Operator, Corrine Bailey Rae Trouble Sleeping, Commodore Brick House, Various similar genres that mix in with this music are Funk and Soul. Chakra Khan I Feel For You, and bands like KC and the Sunshine Band Search any of those and you'll find similar grooves. Also after disco died there was a lot of early 80s dance music like Synth Pop that carried this style as well.

2013 was THE year of Nine Muses. They released amazing hits like Dolls, Wild, Gun and Glue all in the same year. I would say if they didn’t win with Dolls then at very least it would make sense that Dolls would have built the momentum for them to win with Wild or Gun, but the fact that they didn’t win on any music show, not in 2013 or even in their whole career, is just sad.

Hell, when they first came out I had low hopes for them, but they won me over with a wonderful discography. I just watched Sera's KZbin video of her watching all the 9Muses videos up until the time she left the group. She was so happy, dancing and singing along with them, especially Dolls (my favorite) and Glue. Then I come here and see that this video only has 7.3 million views, that is an absolute disgrace. This song is so good but Korea didn't really like these ladies and that's too bad because they were very popular overseas.

Yesterday Hyuna left and I came here to have one more sad session of 9muses MVs but I'll do things differently today. Instead of keep asking "what went wrong??" I'll be watchng these MVs thankful for the amazing memories they bring to my heart. I remember how thrilled I was when this MV first came out, it was 1am in Brazil and I cried like a baby, that was pure joy. I had to be awake at 6am but I didn't even care! came here after Erine and Minha's departure. There are only 4 girls left from this line up. and from the original debut line up, we only got 1 member left. the current 6 membered line up REALLY NEED our support. tho it's hard for us Mines to swallow the truth, the changes, we still have to. i can remember i almost unstan 9muses during their 2014 days, lee sem, eunji, and sera's departure, no comebacks, a little on air performances, i can still remember the hard times. we do, right? and now we have to face it again. what i'm trying to say is, whatever happened, a good thing is yet to come. after the gloomy 2014, Sojin and Keumjo came in 2015 to bring more success to 9Muses, and they finally get somehow attention they deserved.
