It's on the collab Nier banner in the R&D research. Other than that, you can get her shards from the shop from doing the Nier Collab event. I hope that helps somehow and apologies for the late response ^^

The other person in the Collab didn't appear until two days ago I think, and B2 is also on the banner now as-well

@@Monstax0705 Yeah, I see now. Just thought there also was a way of getting her outside of R&D, as it was for A2, because on R&D were only A2 and 9S.
