@@WoodandBricks remember a few days ago I told you about the 24 spalling brick replacement job on that fireplace for $2700? I offered him a cash option of $2000 saving 700$ still haven't heard from him. I think he's not going to do it probably a cheep bastard that had no clue what the job entails.
