Did you repaint or treat the surfaces underneath with anything after the laser treatment? It looks like the paint was taken off too and exposed the bare metal on some parts which will cause rust much faster than before.
@baitish18 ай бұрын
I wander the same too. They got rid of paint and a bit of surface rust and let the metal be totally exposed on suspension parts too. It'll start rusting again as soon as it leaves tge detsilers. That's stupid. And the only way to prevent it from rusting is to paint all newly stripped areas with primer wich will get over spray all over.
@Artomoton673 ай бұрын
I was skeptical as well but if you watch the end they show the underneath briefly and it has definitely been re-surfaced. Wish they included that process.

I have a 2013 LR4 with the V8. I live in the north east so lots of snow and salt. if I had the $ and could get this done, is there an additional coating that can be put on the undercarriage to help fight the rust? or like how beneficial is the laser rust removal in helping a car live as long as possible? cuz I love this car. and I know more than likely the engine will go and that will require a replacement but just curious in your experience how valuable it is to do this sooner rather than later when it comes to making sure the vehicle can stay in top condition.
