Correct, it's actually mashed Mūtheri or gītheri together with bananas, Irish potatoes and locally available green vegetables, mainly stinging nettle (hatha kana thabai) and pumpkin leaves. Otherwise her mūkimo is the kind that's normally availed in hotels so she is right.

Very much possible,,just add your greens to your boiling potatoes and ensure they have salt,, before adding the greens cut them and thresh using hands with some little salt.. it'll give you the green you need
