sir, when you divide 3 in your example it simply means you are getting the 33.33% as the cement requirement. but in the proportion you set which is 1:1.5:3, the cement is just about 18.2% (provided that 1 bag cement is 1 portion in volume)

Thanks engineer sa very detailed computation. So with 872k total cost and 45sqm floor area, approx. 20k/sqm ang material + labor. If ever gagamit ng reused formworks around 28k, halos 3% ang matitipid. Mas malaking factor po ba sa cost na may 2nd floor dahil sa size ng reinforcement bars? Mga ilan % kaya ang factor nito?
