You have made it easy to understand the science and math of house construction. One of the best if not the best of all the construction videos I've watched. Can you please advise and comment if I decide to add a plinth beam on which the slab on grade will be placed. My reason is to add stiffness to the columns and prevent buckling. I saw this in other videos and like the idea.(The tie beam will be moved down nearer the footing foundation)

Engineer nasubukan nyo na po mag-install ng steel roof panel with built-in EPS foam? Mukhang mas maganda for insulation kaysa sa foam sheets lalo't makapal around 5cm pero wala pa akong feedback na nakita o narinig. Sa overseas naman, di na nila inaadvise ang EPS since pwede maging fire hazard due to melting at high temps. So far panay EPS pa lang nakita ko sa local suppliers so baka yan na rin muna gamitin namin sa future build soon.

Yes, insulation is the best. Nagpa renovate ako ng bahay ng magulang ko sa Pinas at sabi ng asawa ko palagyan ko daw ng insulation. Nahirapan ako ipaliwanag sa magulang ko kc di nila kilala yang insulation. Asawa ko Amerikano at sya nagsabi sa akin ng insulation and guess what? nakakatipid ng electricity yong magulang ko at sabi pa nila di sya masyado mainit.

Insulation makes a huge difference! here in CA most homes are insulated with spray foam or cellulose (walls and attic) and it really makes a huge difference, in the summer temps can reach 100 plus degrees F or 37 Celsius plus, (that fcking hot) where the inside of the house is only 75-80 F. if there is no insulation its hell. the garage has no insulation and it sometimes reaches 130 F or 54C. just saying

Sana sunod na vlog idol, pagawa ng 5.4x10m/ 54sqm na floor area na may back setback na khit 1*5meters lang po, para sa dirty kitchen at laundry. Ganyan dn sana po sa labas may spiral at terrace. At mini sarisari store sa baba po. pero 2storey sya at may porch na kahit 3*3 po sa baba po.. 1 bedroom sa baba po and sa taas 2bedrooms at 1Toiletbath at mini sala po. Sana.. sana mapagbigyan tong request ko po sir, papagawa na kasi kmi dis december.. slamat ng marami po. At sana marami kpang matulungan. godbless po🙏🙏
