Our neighbors smoked weed the whole time and nothing was done about it. You could smell it through the walls into our room the whole trip. :(

Just got back. Awful cruise. Definitely not worth a penny. No AC one night. Food was all cold and no flavor. WiFi was a joke. They will have you pay premiums for express and VIp but do not honor any of it. You will be placed with general population. They will say they just don’t have systems in place yet. But then why accept money? Room service was closed the whole time. Understaffed so just waiting on one drink took 20 minutes. And nothing was done to fix any of it. It was disappointing.

Thanks for watching. I've been seeing dozens of reports rolling in like this from the first cruises. Not good. I hope you can get some money back at least.
