The team just has mystery surrounding them because it's the first year without big Ben. We've had a statue at QB for 18 years. It was a great statue but man some mobility at QB is just exciting. Everyone is underestimating us because we don't have a top 5 QB. But all the money we saved on QB gives us a very well rounded team. We are deep in talent at WR, RB, and especially on Defense. I'm stoked!

He is a beast, but remember we were missing Friermuth, Johnson and Claypool. They will take away a ton of catches, as well as Harris and Austing III/Anthony Miller depending on who makes the team. I think Pickens guarantees that we will not give Claypool a 2nd contract.

Honestly they all really played good but in my take #1 mitch he not only moved the ball nice but he also streched it downfield. #2 kenny he played a nice game had a few minor mistakes like taking the sack on 4 an 1 an his sack by GL but other than that he was accurate moved the ball doen the field. #3 mason he played a good game but honestly he fumbled the ball an that is not acceptable 😂 but not only that but when he wasnt throwing to pickens his passes were very questionable started to make me this we were forgeting his play bc how great pickens was playing but i do think if pickett can show off some deep balls he will take that #1 spot from mitch

@NC METAL MUSIC what passes were you watching? Pickett had one pass completed that was greater than 15 yards, one pass 8 yards that resulted in a TD with YAC. All other passes were less than 5 yards with YAC adding to total passing yards. You could say the same thing about Pickett though I don’t think you would because you enjoy the Pickett kool-aid you are drinking. I thought Pickett was spectacular but I also think Trubisky had higher difficulty passes completed, placing ball only where receiver could catch the ball and Rudolph made an insanely impressive throw.

Some good things for sure, including solid QB play and George Pickens, who looks like a veteran out there (and his presence is going to create matchup nightmares for the defense). No one should be too quick to elevate this team, though. They have a new D coordinator, and they're showing last year's tendency to not stop the run (very few defensive starters in there, but still). Have I mentioned the brutal schedule? Consistent QB play over 17 games is the key.

There were some passing players against Seattle where the pass protection left something to be desired. The positive, however, is that the run blocking was solid. Last year, that line was awful in every way imaginable.

Kenny looks pretty much the same as he did last year which is a great thing! This performance reminded me a bit of the Clemson game las year with him using his legs and arm to convert on 3rd. He also showed great poise there on the last drive. Shook off that sack from earlier and did what he had to do.

I know it’s early, but I can’t help being excited. We may have the best problem an NFL team can have. The problem that we have more than one QB who can get things done. All 3 looked good. Rudolph’s TD pass was perfect. And Pickens? Just another Steeler drafted WR. He looked like Carl Pickens out there (old fans will remember him). The O line looked solid. Picket played with poise. The last TD was a perfectly timed sideline pass on a deep out. That is one of the hardest throws to execute properly, and it was perfect. I know I’m way ahead of myself. But man did I like what I saw Also, I think this channel blows up this year. It’s gonna be the place to go for steelers highlights along with Alex Kazora for breakdowns. I’m freakin excited‼️‼️

I was really impressed with all three QBs. Trubisky looked like a starter on his two drives, Rudolph, who I've never been high on, looked poised and threw some great passes, and Pickett, man this kid is gonna be a starter sooner rather than later with the leadership he displayed, even against third stringers, you could just see that once he gets acclimated, he's gonna be a great player.

Fantastic all the way around! Three QB's did well, We have no issues on secondary anymore if you ask me. Plenty of talent to choose from there as well as receivers. Defensively we look pretty good. Third string showed some talent we may want to hold on to for the final roster. Oh those running backs!! Jalen and Master must stay if only on special teams. Both work well with this offense too. Looking forward to this season. I knew if we waited before thinking we're done all would work out well in the end. Can't wait for game one!!

Everyone talks about it just preseason. He had two incompletions, 2 TD's and a two point. And the gw drive. I promise he will start sooner than ppl think. And jaylen warren is a monster. Yeah he fumbled, but it was a good hit and we recovered. Rudolph fumbled too don't forget. Super stoked for this year. The offense looks 180 degrees diff without Ben. And we could actually run! Last year preseason we couldn't run and could barely score.

Long time Redskin fan here. Between all the caving to change their name and frustrations of horrible ownership and poor front office decisions, I can't deal with it anymore and looking for a new team. It was AMAZING seeing Kenny out there getting the job done. The ONLY thing i noticed was he needs to learn how to slide instead of dive. Maybe give him an opportunity to work some with the 1st string team and get some reps in. Maybe even bring in a QB guru for him and mold him right away rather than picking up an bad habits early.

Pickett looked good but trubisky did too. Trubisky will run the offense this year. Pickett will get the start in a few years, let him develop and come in blazing. Too many weapons on offense, we find a solid run game this year look out. They paid diontae Johnson let’s see if his hands have gotten better because we have some wrs that will catch that ball contested or not. Gonna be a good year overall!

Ivr never found myself cheering so hard in the preseason..the energy when Pickett came in was undenable...they wont be able to hold pickett on the bench long at all. Someone better call for Mitch or Mason...Kenny is the next one up.
