Iyi Gunde Kotu Gunde (Happily Ever After) is a romantic comedy television series produced by Saner Ayar, directed by Metin Balekoglu and starring Elcin Sangu, Ozan Dolunay and Yasemin Allen.
Also known as In Happily Ever After Leyla is a very successful wedding planner. The owner of the company Aslıhan tells Leyla that she is handing over the entire planning of her own daughter Melisa’s wedding to Leyla and expects that it will be handled in the most successful manner. The colorful story will revolve around Leyla, a wedding planner who is forced to organize the wedding of the man that she was once supposed to be married to until a wedding day escape. Sarp moves from London to Istanbul in order to marry his love Melisa, as well as transfers positions with a very prestigious hotel chain to become head of their management. Leyla is very happy that Sarp the man that she loves is being transferred back to Istanbul and this may be a new beginning for them. However when these two run into one another for the first time they are totally unaware of the shock that awaits them. Sarp left Leyla five years ago standing at the alter. No one ever knew the reason. Now Leyla is being forced to organized the wedding of the man that ruined her life.

I get why their ratings dropped.. this was not the best storyline .. elcin and the male lead had some chemistry but it didn't have a storyline to showcase their love and chemistry.. good cast bad writing or poor writing..

Sarp is the most selfish person ever. He broke Lila's heart 5 years ago and now he broke Melssa into pieces. he never felt other people's feeling. this is not love. I don't know why the script is like this. I would have been better if Melissa is mean person. but she is the sweetest person Layla too. So I wish the end was Meissa and Sarp, Layla and Arda. it would be beautiful.

Happily Ever After was an interesting series, the cast was talented, especially Elcin Sangu and Mehmet Ozan Dolunay! The series was welcomed warmly by the viewers, cancellation was a cruel act.

Such an amazing drama it is man❤ I mean every single character is so well developed and so beautifully portrayed. Such a life lesson drama it is. Watched this in search of Romantic comedy but it is really worth watching❤.

This was a bittersweet ending. Kind of disappointing, but do we all marry our first loves and live happily ever after? I wish there would have been a second season. Maybe something where Leyla and he reconnect and learn to love each other where they are now.
