@@_lexxii_bbyome people Ik used pregnancy pops to help with the neasous what helped me was drinking loads of water (I ended in the ER due to me puking my guts out had to hydrate they also gave me something) I also used mushroom soup (I don’t normally like mushroom ) it helped me back on solids with the water you can also ask your doctor to prescribe you medicine to help your puking that’s what they had to give me after so long I was still feeling neasous into my second trimester (towards the end of it now I don’t feel none at all ) I tried everything lol but everyone is different so you may have a better reaction to some things

find preggy pops. walmart or target should have them. probably even amazon has them. they helped me alot during my pregnancy. especially working fulltime cause id unintentionally skip a meal/snack.
