I'mma explain 9:17 incase cuz I have fun explaining Bendy stuff to people lol- : According to BATIM mechanics: The so-called "Black fog" is Ink Bendy's dark aura whenever he's near. He screamed mid-song because thus, the same aura kills any nearby ink creatures such as searchers or Butcher Gang members, which is why Piper (dude that attacks BF from behind) dropped dead even though you didn't attack him. Seems like he've grown impatient of soulless lackeys distrupting his climatic showdown with BF, whoops. Though inkified people who possesses souls play harder to get, he has to at least use his own hands at the matter if he wants to kill them through combat; like his fight with the Projectionist in the 4th chapter for example.

(PS: I like the little bit of Sammy saying "not bad" after witnessing the Terrible Sin sequence of Inky and BF singing together as it's a nod on how Sammy used to be the director of the Bendy studio's music department. ehhh, it's _not,_ but week 7 is literally in a warzone filled with gratuitous violence, he's dating a demoness, and has previously rap battled his (potentially very disapproving) girlfriend's mother on top of a moving vehicle at speeds that would kill him if he fell off. I think in week 5 Daddy Dearest also held a mall santa at gunpoint. The brutality is definitely striking, but I think it's more that it's the FNF Soft mod seeing it. By their standards, that was watching someone get beaten to near death by an ink monster. To play devil's advocate though, it's entirely possible that Boyfriend isn't as badly injured as he looks. Headwounds are notoriously bloody, but he could _stand_ after that thrashing. If not for the depiction of a fractured skull, fictional settings leading to unnatural resilience, and boyfriend being a general badass... Well, let's just say that fractured skulls rarely leave someone able to stand IRL.

For people who don’t know batim. Sammy Lawrence is leader of the music cooperative in the studio he controls all the music, and how it goes. when he dies he worships bendy. Like he’s a god or something. in the first chapter or 2nd he captures the player and tries to feed him to bendy so he can spare him (which fails). Then comes back at the 5th chapter to get revenge (which fails)

No, he became an ink monster during the studio's production still going. He accidentally got some ink in his mouth from a pipe burst and one of the workers (presumably Thomas, the one who made the Ink Machine) caught him stealing bottles of it for him to drink. Sammy then went "missing" as most speculated when it turns out, he's hiding somewhere in the studio the entire time.
