You just perfectly spoke my mind. It sucks that most of the times IT admins see us as attacker rather than Pentesters and refuse to share information which can save a lot of time and cost. Similar incident occurred with me once doing internal pentest of an International Organization. The admin gave us all the IPs of servers but not for one of their critical financial system. We discovered that CRM through sniffing and also got the credentials. Here goes all the information where they have spent millions of $ since past few years.

Because 3rd test sounds like the third item on the list. re-re-test not only means you are on the first one, but it failed twice.
