Bro, Not worth it at all unless u are a munyankore wanting to hide some swindled government money 🤑😂😄. For less than a million dollars, u can get a fully furnished villa in dubai's expensive neighborhoods which you can rent out for tens of thousands of dollars per month to wealthy tourists who want something private. Secondly, the compound is so small 😂.
