I really think it would be cool if a tablet recognizes when you flip it so that left-handed people have it easier to draw with tablets. I have never seen something like that...

I have a slightly older version of this tablet (the 2048 levels of pressure model that I got in 2016) and there is a setting in the tablet driver/software for left-handed mode. It's how I use mine. In the version I have, it's specifically labelled as a "Left-Handed Mode". But if you look at 4:36 in the video, there's a "Rotate" setting at the bottom right corner of the configuration utility.

I'm left handed and there was no issue. I didn't even have to setup things like left handed mode or something.

I got that tablet last year and it still works great, swapped out the sd card it came with for a 64g one i had laying around cause why not, i think it's also worth mentioning that it has 16 "soft buttons" on the top which are optional and can instead be used for more drawing surface like how i have it setup.

@@beboadel3429 *a year late, sorry* but when you plug on the tablet, it's fine to just save it onto the built-in memory card so you can use that file even if you bring that tablet elsewhere and use a different computer for example

I've had the old version of this tablet for a year now and I really can't complain about it too much... I haven't even managed to get scratches on the surface despite pressing the pen down like a maniac. Also, I've spilled so much tea and food all over it way too many times and it still functions without a problem :) On a side note, I hardly use the buttons because of my desktop set up, but they do bug out occasionally...

I just bought this a week ago and I love it!!!! I am a left hander and was worried it would be hard to use with the buttons where they are (pretty much under my left hand)....HOWEVER!! A quick look in the pen setup screen and we now have the ability to rotate the screen area in the work area tab. I now have a fully functioning tablet with the buttons on the right side (physically turn the tablet 180 to get this to work...in case you were wondering....)!!!! It has new drivers as well :)

@@kawthar7386 late but yes I would recommend it to beginners since its cheap but be aware of its program. Its kinda janky sometimes plus having 2 or more screens would trigger "cursor teleporting/jumping" the tablet itself is great but the drivers are a mess. You could download older versions of it on internet if the latest drivers arent working(or search it up you could find answers)

Thanks for the info! My first tablet was a XP-PEN Star G640 . It was a very good tablet, A6 Size for the price of $40. However, I upgraded to a Huion 1060 PLus for $20 more and its WAY bigger and much nicer. It works well with every program (adobe, sai, clip studio), but it has some problems with Illustrator.

@Ranna Najem for me it's good still working and the charging time is one hour but you can use it for weeks until ypu need to charge it again. Very worth it if you have tight budget and just love to draw digital arts. I even used this for my work 😊

Hey! Im drawing with pencil and now it's the time for me to try digital drawing as well. While drawing I constanly rotate my paper to find the best angle to draw a line. So my question is: Can I do the same using this tablet, or will I have to use my mouse/keyboard for this?? Same goes with zoom in and out :)

Yep, you can. Just set 2 of the buttons on the side to rotate either left or right.

I bought this tablet last year. Well the old version. The new version has a battery free pen. It's really good but I never use the SD slot. The huge drawing area is great! I draw on Gimp and don't use the buttons or pressure sensitivity lol!

wow when I bought mine it was $83 at amazon. now its only $58 but the new model Inspiroy H1060P with battery free pen is $102. maybe its not worth paying double the price for a new pen. The specs doesn't look like it has changed much.

my pen has stopped working when i use it with paint tool sai, it worked perfectly yesterday, reinstalled sai and same problem. works fine with photoshop so i dont think its the pen thats the issue, any ideas on why this is happening?

I’m am a student artist and have drawn for as long as I can remember. Although most of my ‘art’ isn’t that good, I would like to continue drawing and sketching as a hobby. (I’m in high school).
