After watching a LOT of videos, and reading a lot of reviews, I decided to give this one a chance, based almost entirely on your video. You weren't kidding - this works really well with a lower pressure washer. Using the stock nozzles, and my 2700PSI, 2.3GPM pressure washer, this beast knocked out well over 1800 sq ft of seriously dirty, 50 year old concrete. It did take me a few hours, as it hadn't been cleaned in at least a decade, and some areas even longer, but, without even using a cleaning additive, it did a very respectable job - any unevenness or streaks are because I'm new to using one of these, not due to any fault in the equipment. I used the smaller version of this surface cleaner on my paver patio and it worked really well! The patio was covered with black algae, moss and weeds between pavers. I did remove some of the larger weeds with power washer first. But this surface cleaner Saved me a ton of time and didn’t kill my back. I have a 3200 psi harbor freight power washer. I

I bought this exact model. It was defective out of the box. The bar that has the jets on it did not spin freely so when I hooked it up to my pressure washer it didn't spin at all. Sent an email to their support email, waited a week, never heard back so I sent it back.

I"ve been watching and learning from your pressure washing vlogs for a lot of years. (I'm a woman.) I have a two story stucco home with some taller peaks for the "can stand in" attic and need your expert advice on a pressure washer as I need a new one. I also have a large concrete driveway and huge concrete patio which I use a cheaper than you are featuring surface cleaner. In addition, I have a white 6 foot vinyl fence what encloses an acre yard which turns green if not power washed and takes me a long time to clean. Please, please, please advise me on which pressure washer I need. They are so expensive but I need one that will get the job done. I'm thinking 4000-4200 PSI. I noticed you are using a Teande but I thought you were a Simpson fan. Congrats on your marriage as you used to be single.

I would recommend a minimum 3 gallon per minute pressure washer. The PSI is not as important but all 3gpm’s and up will have plenty of pressure. Using a 3 gpm pump or higher, you can use the Pink tip I recommend in all my videos. Run 10% straight to the downstream injector for stucco and the vinyl. Pink tip to apply (black fan soap tip for the fence and first floor heights) and rinse with the same tips (just pull the siphon tube when time to rinse. I just recently posted a video of an amazing surface cleaner with wheels I really like. Perfect for getting the job done with very little effort. Thank you for your support and I hope I helped. I just wonder, when I turn the pressure down on the pressure washer using the unloader valve, do I still get that same 4 gallon/minute waterflow at less pressure? You should never adjust the unloader valve. If you need less pressure, use a higher numbered tip.

I have a question about cleaning a flagstone patio and an Ipe exotic wood deck, do you have experience cleaning these? If so do you use any chemicals? I know you don't when there is risk of runoff but there isn't usually with patios and decks. And I've read that you can use bleach on both of these but also read to absolutely not use bleach on either. You're the best and most straightforward resource I've found so thought I'd ask. Thanks!

I wouldn’t use it on the wood. I wouldn’t fear using it on any concrete (painted or not) to include pavers and landscape stepping stones. Where I would caution you is if the contractors used sand in the joints/seams. You don’t want to blast that out and cause a loose patio condition. So pressure is the concern, not bleach. Maybe spray it down with a pump up sprayer, agitate it some with a stiff bristle broom and rinse with a garden hose

No not necessarily. The psi is important but the GPM’s is usually most important. It’s like horsepower with torque. The psi is the HP but the GPM’s is the torque that will keep the flow going. My pump has little torque with under 3 GPM’s so I am shocked it had the power to NOT tiger stripe the concrete with lacking volume/spin

@@alexpalmytelsa You’re fine. The rule of thumb is for every gallon per minute a pump can deliver, the surface cleaner can be a max of 4 inch. So a 20 inch surface cleaner if theory would require a 5 gallon per minute pump. The pump on this video is just under 3GPM so a 12-15 inch surface cleaner would be the max size otherwise the spinning wand will be spinning to slow and stripes will more than certainly happen.

Usually I flat rate cause where I work, most homes are the same size. Flat rate saves me a ton of money on driving out for estimates and saves me time. I find value in that so I come in on the lower side of the market. $90 for a basic wash 1 story and $130 for a 2 story. Driveways and front porch of basic size is $150 more.
