I love charred dogs the most haha. And mountain pies that make me sick so I wake up, puke out the tent and panic seeing the cherries thinking I just vomited up chunks of my stomach. I wasn't necessarily camping here, but more or less similar: every time I think of stereotype fire food I remember eating half raw chicken and bacon that I choked down because I really fancied the girl who made it and being a young dumb man didn't want to shame her in front of people 😂 2 nearly straight, consistent days violent cramps and diarrhea later..... I'm never keeping my mouth shut just for the prospect of booty ever again

You can only get 1 star per year. So the quickest you can climb to 3 is 3 years. Having more than 1 star is in part an indicator for consistency over time. Consistency is actually incredibly hard to achieve even in an above average decent restaurant. Line cooks change, ingredients change, seasons change, sometimes head chefs change. But the product has to always come out meeting a certain baseline. Even if you just look at a restaurant that has like 4.5 or 4.7 rating on Google and they keep that for years it's a huge indicator of consistent quality kitchen and service.

Always hated the “tiny portions” complaint because it completely misses the point. In a fine dining restaurant the portions are tiny because they give you a bunch of courses ranging from 5 to 16 courses which translates into more than enough food to satisfy a person.

@JanderKilla I think it does, but that's not what I asked. If you're not eating it right, it tastes different. Pluss quality matters more with raw fish eggs. But you're supposed to not chew them but press the eggs against the roof of your mouth so burst and the flavors can do some weird scientific mumbo jumbo I don't know how to explain. Google it.
