You have worked so hard, you therefore deserve a treat for yourself once in a while. It's definitely a deserving life experience staying in a world class luxurious hotel. Should stop referring yourself as lonely. "Adventurous" might be better, to up your survival skill. Might be a good idea to meet other Japanese who are already in KL, to adapt better in your new foreign living space. Or, volunteer at some of the Japanese Embassy social activities to have more immersion with local Malaysian culture. This is your first time living outside your home country. There will therefore be more "first time" doing other things. Again the saying goes, "Nothing venture, nothing gain" !
