Nice video. You forgot to show how to upgrade the deck with the two actions after defeating a labor. I tried some labors and really like it, then I stopped to wait for the real game. The designer wrote in the comments on KS that the birds labor will get nerfed to only get +1 HP after each turn. But I still think this is quite powerful at least when you start with that labor. Maybe also attack or shield should get nerfed by 1.

What do you mean how to upgrade the deck with the two actions after defeating the labor? I know I mentioned the benediction would cost 8xp to purchase, is there something else I missed? Thanks for the comment and I'm happy to hear the birds will get nerfed! I hope the stables do too!
