God level play by Pewpew here. Already heavily handicapped by a destructive battle with GreenAlert, they somehow managed to survive Fanas swansong and defeat the much superior God of War. Hats off to you sir and thank you Sybert for the spectacular game.

PewPewLaser may not be able to out-micro GoW, but GoW used the dark powers of Cryo, while PewPewLaser pulled out the best Cryo counter - Sputniks. Who won was obvious to me from that point on.

It's sad how little use they get in pro plays. They're slightly weaker than apoc tanks, barely lose. They walk faster, can dodge projectiles like twinblade rockets or artillery (apoc can't) especially if they bull rush. unlike other tanks, crush many infantry easily and even manage to clear up their infantry to some extent thanks to their speed to threaten crushing by walk and the beam only taking 10 seconds or so to kill one anti vehicle infantry. Those several dozen javelins could have easily been finished off by this handfull of king onis. Very fun unit.

It's kind of funny, that aggression was mostly against same nation (AvsA, SvsS, EvsE) :)) great game and thx to Sybert keeping CnC games alive!

God of war easily had this one. He didnt even micro any of his units. Had a massive ground and naval army but just didnt use any special abilities! Cryo shrink, EMP,?????!!

He mismanaged said units a lot too. Spammed shit ton of copters and IFV's with no back up? Later even suicided said copters into 4 flak cannon's range and sat there.

@@jedispartancoolman thank you for letting me rant despite my outburst To all other CnC games (including Generals RA3 is just too silly. I'm sure they were different studios but Tiberium Wars 3/Kane's Wrath did so well to continue that CnC grounded atheistic/design which made fighting feel merciless with real punch. Red Alert 3's models look like tonka toys on a too bright battlefield. The overall design also feels claustrophobic. To me, it's somewhat near as bad as Twilight.

@@SS-kr5us Imho a great advantage of RA3's style is very easily distinguishable units. You can take a look at a massive army and identify each unit within a second. When I look at other RTS games (TW3, KW included), it is way harder. But I can see, where you are coming from. When I first played the game in 2008, I had a similar impression.

@@kakoiniksvoboden I think the opposite: everything is so bulky and plastic looking + clip into each other that it looks like a mess. I know it's still very technically an RTS, but it looks like the point when the MOBA design began to bleed into proper RTS. To me, that's why Kane's Wrath is the last true RTS game.
