A 4X4 ICON - The Ultimate Unimog Transformation - The Grand Finale

With a tight timeline, a plethora of awesome gear, and a crusty old U1700, our team faced a monumental task at the start of this restoration project for Lucas at The Springs 4x4 Park.
But in true Unidan fashion, we tackled the challenge head-on! Our team dove into the restoration with relentless energy and determination, working full steam ahead.
In just under two weeks, "Crusty" was completely transformed. It felt almost disrespectful to call this rejuvenated beast by its old name.
We present you Crusty Revamped, we hope this U1700 lives up to all the hype!

We can increase the speed with either the Overdrive or High Speed Crown Wheel & Pinion

Is it useful to do both to keep engine speed down at cruising speed and fuel savings?

@@No-thing-ness we have a couple of customers that have both (very few customers). It all comes down to budget though. Obviously it would be great to have both as well as the working group, which is the extra low gearing for off-road performance. But it all comes down to budget and whether the benefits are worth the costs.
