This is so beautiful. Thank God we have architects who are more focused on bringing sunlight into the house instead of creating fancy, closed spaces where we need to turn on lights even during the day in the name of modernity. Hopefully, they have also ensured privacy for the washrooms while allowing direct sunlight.

Very nice design. Wide stairs, well designed areas, right sized bedrooms for the size of the occupants. Well placed kitchen with view of the sunken living and the pooja. I am sure the young architect would have provided for ventilation at the double height area for hot air. Though the two trees give ample shade to the harsh west sun, summers gets real hot. Terrace area is really cool. All areas are well colour coordinated. Didn't know till now that tiles can be customized. A lift would have made easy for the elders in the house. Overall very nice looking house. Congratulations.

And with regards to your concern about the heating up of the living spaces, we have planned and strategically placed the skylights to bring in ample sunlight, but not heat. However as a precautionary measure we have windows in the double height to let hot air escape. The plumeria tree in the stairwell is placed for now, when required a lift can be added very easily. being a professional channel, there is scope of technical improvements, number wise worst , you need to understand build-up area vs actual area , most of your videos you showcase 2400 square feet is actual area followed by 4200square feet as your buildup area , this number shows technically numbers are wrong , measurement area numbers showcased not logical , showcasing the same mistakes " its called carelessness" , initially i showed my interest , but looking at numbers , area wise number , stopped watching your video.

Thank you for your wishes. The floating bricks is purely aesthetic feature and is designed as a part of the front elevation. Without the bricks, the balcony with only steel rafters, might look like a prison. Hope this helps!
