Hello and welcome to the latest video of Food Legends by Wirally in today's video we are at the Hotel Niagara which is located in Chaderghat since last 63 years. Niagara is said to be one of the oldest restaurants in Hyderabad to serve biryani commercially. Back in the day Hotel Niagara used to serve biryani for 75 Paisa in a small saucer. Now, Niagara has of one the vast menu in the city.
Another interesting part about the Hotel Niagara is it still cooks the biryani on Firewood - the old traditional way. How amazing it is right?

I use to eat best hyderabadi biriyani in one of the oldest restaurants in Hyderabad and was also Related to Niagara hotel owners it was Legendary SHAAM HOTEL,Musarambagh,beside TV Tower during my school days year between early 2000's at the price of 55 RS,two persons can eat one plate biriyani,Now it is Renovated and become as CAPITAL Hotel i think old Chefs have been changed So taste is changed but management is same

My first biryani experience was in hotel named Alkapuri in Vizag. I think its price was ₹50 🤩 All savouries on the table and his relishing items made my mouth just like NAYAGRA waterfall. Using khoya, sugar, or chilli oil is new thing to me 👀🥰👌

Based on your video review.. I visited the place and really huge disappointed with the biryani .. It was over cooked and pieces are like rubber to chew ....Place ambience is also not great.. overall below average ...Hope to see your genuine feedback going forward
