Am surprised I spent 3 days in Miami the hotel was behind beach and I paid 97$ per night, but kinshasa my city is poor why you charge too much? Your prise still high for kinshasa

The hotel and Airbnb prices are incredibly high in Kinshasa. I assume because there is a lack of quantity of hotels and apartments?

@@Gregoiresidehustle yes it is, for the Congolese people in Kinshasa, it's expensive. Unless you're in the diaspora then it's cheap.😊

Because construction materials are 70% imported and even local prices are high. Kinshasa is a very expensive city, it has no access to the sea and import tax in DRC are very high too.

hello brother tsumbu we live in Cape Town South Africa but the price in Congo its just too much as is not as beautiful as its suppose to be and you can see even the paint and some design is not even matching , even some restaurant there in Congo the price is just too much 😕😕

Last month I spent a week in nice hotel in Barcelona and paid 68€ a night and in Congo where the employment is 98% 70$ a night. I’d rather go to Europe 😢

Avec ces prix qui persistent a la hausse dans quelques annees beaucoup d'habitants de kinshasa vont s'installer a Brazzaville pour trouver un logement proche de Kinshasa . La speculation est trop forte a Kin pour un logement similaire a Brazzaville. Surtout pour ceux qui veulent etre proche de GOMBE ou Kitambo Brazzaville va etre un second choix a considerer des lors ou le passage vers l'autre rive prend moins de 20 minutes. Avec ces prix eleves il est presque interdit d'etre pauvre a Kinshasa . Tout brazzavillois visionnaire doit anticiper ce scenario si vous aimez les $ il faut construire des logements de luxe sur l'ile Mbamou ou dans un perimetre tres proche de Kinshasa pour la clientele VIP de la RDC qui a du mal a trouver un apart a GOMBE..

Sorry to say this but we congolese aren’t doing things great you guys saw that concierge 😂😂 that’s TRASH!! I have been checking Congolese media to see how we build our home, estate or whatsoever we really lack good quality(qualified and up to date) builders if you compare to Nigerians, Ghanians and Kenyans we are really doing things poorly. Congo is big and it’s requires greatness from us 🥂
