I do not understand why women feel the need for cosmetic surgery. Every women is beautiful in their own way. I really think women are pressured into getting cosmetic surgery whether it is for modeling reasons or for their partners. Men, not all men but some men need to see women in their own beauty and not cosmetically altered.
