Waqf laws must be abolished in a democratic country like India, where secularism, not religious laws like Sharia, should dominate. The Waqf Board controls vast tracts of land in the name of religion, undermining equality and fairness. In a democracy, there is no justification for laws that favor one community. The government should reclaim these lands through proper legislation in Parliament, similar to reforms like the CAA and the abolition of Article 370, and repurpose them for public welfare-education, infrastructure, and development. Continuing Waqf practices only deepens divisions and promotes religious bias, contradicting India's core values of secularism and equal rights for all citizens.

ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടനക്ക് മുകളിൽ ഒരു നിയമ വുമില്ല എന്നാണ് ഇതുവരെ ധരിച്ചിരുന്നത്. ഇപ്പോൾ വഖഫ് നിയമമാണ് ആണ് ഭരണ ഘടനക്കു മുകളിൽ. ഇവിടുത്തെ രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരെക്കൊണ്ട് ജനങ്ങൾക്ക്‌ എന്തു പ്രയോജനം. സുപ്രീം കോടതിയും കണ്ണുകെട്ടിയിരിക്കുകയാണ്.
