I think OTOBI did get advantage in 2008 because the plywood furniture was a new thing to people. They were amazed and happy that their furniture won't be ruined by wood bugs. They were excited and interested to buy OTOBI furniture regardless of their design, quality and price. But, time changed and artificial woods came into the game with cheap price, good quality and better designs. OTOBI was never thinking of this day. They took all customers for granted and didn’t even try to improvise themselves. Now, I am watching the video about their downfall and uncertainty. Thanks a lot for letting people know about the business world.
