Gowri Ganga, is my regular dining place whenever I visit Madurai for past thirty years and their taste of food and service is the same till now. Unfortunately, most of the familiar people in the hotel are not in service, superb friendly sarvice and I missed them when I visited the hotel. Very, very difficult to get a seat during the festival time, though I am settled in Chennai, my native is Madurai. I thank my friend Manoj Ji and it is must place to dine at Madurai.👍🙏

Dear Manoj bro - This was one of the best Veg food Vlog that we have seen on BLU . Loved the way relished each and every dish be it Idli , Sambhar Vada , Ven Pongal ( your favourite ) along with the condiments and your favourite podi . I like my Dosa to be soft with a hint of crunch . Then the Dosa is ready to absorb the Sambhar or chutney . It’s indeed a wonderful restaurant- Gowri Gangaa. This is a must visit place for me . The Rava Dosa was glistening and I haven’t tried Wheat Dosa till date . Need to try it . I loved the look of the Poori Masala . This hotel has the best Venn Pongal + Sambar. Available both for breakfast and dinner. Tea and coffee are divine. I have been a customer since 20 years. My grandfather used to take me here. Since it's on a narrow street, there's no car parking. Hack: Leave your car at The Chennai silks nearby and walk here. After food, visit Chennai silk for shopping.
