I dont hate my old me. I would just go back in time and chill with him or listen to this playlist with him. He was mostly alone by himself, didnt know how to communicate, had anxiety for no reasons, didnt really have anyone to communicate with. at one point he was so lost in life. He started abusing drugs without end. He would have done fine with a parent figure tho. But I am glad he went through all those stages. It made him very thoughtful of his surroundings existence. He became observant, quiet, tolerant and mostly content with himself. Same can apply to you or not xD
